" Cafe Atenista "

This is the name of our school canteen , though the students prefer to call it just "Caf" for short. It is located in the MS(Manuel Sauras) building both the first and second floor. Even though its a kinda small place for a canteen it can still however accommodate a decent amount of people with establishing only minor problems or whatsoever.

The canteen is comprise of different stalls or stores including Ateneo's very own services. Brand names such as Chinito's , Pizza Pedricos, R's Eatabol's, B's Diner , and etc. offer their services to the student body and faculty staff.

The wide selection of food varies from rice meals to pizzas and burgers, and Filipino dishes to even Turkish cuisine. Most of the foods offered by the stores are prepared in a way the students are ready to eat them, for convenient purposes.

Though , some of the prices of meals found in the canteen can hurt a student's wallet or pocket, it doesn't however stop them from enjoying the services. Or simply, the students would just hang around the canteen without even buying anything. Many students do their homework in the canteen so they can work while eating , while other students just have their conversations while also eating.

Most of the staffs and personnel that works in the canteen are very much friendly to the students, building a very good relationships with its customers. And they always try their best to serve quality and healthy foods for the students.

The type of information system they could be using is the, Supply-Chain Management system, because they first buy , raw materials in which they would later turn it into finished products for the students to consume. It also involves the sequence of activities involved in producing and selling products or services. They are for now contented in their system and don't see themselves using other systems in the near future.
